Our client services team will work with you to create the sketch of your desired ring, all the way to creating the computerized 3D image, and finally crafting your conceptualized engagement ring.

We only sell GIA certified Lab diamonds with the following specifications:

• VS1+
• G Colour +
• Excellent Everything 

This is to insure you get the most amount of sparkle when ordering your diamond online! 

Once everything is set and ready to go, we will require a deposit, which will be determined based on the quoted price. Once you have signed off on the design, it will take approximately 3-5 weeks for the production of the piece to be completed (timeline is dependent on the complexity of the design). This ensures we can produce the most elegant and highest quality piece of jewelry. All of our jewelry is inspected prior to being shipped, by our team of experts. 

All custom engagement rings are marked as 'Final Sale' and can not be returned or exchanged.
