Returns/Refunds for Jewelry

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We will not refund or replace packages that have legally been declared delivered by the relevant postal company. Any and all missing package inquires should be directed to the responsible postal carrier

 

Custom Orders and Engagement Rings

Custom orders and engagement rings are NOT subject to returns or refunds due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any custom order is processed and in production, there can be NO cancellations.

 

Eligibility for a return

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. All returns will be inspected and Items that have been used will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
